The effects of mold in your living and working environment can be wide ranging and at times severe. Like any environmental factor, mold affects every person (or pet) differently.
Our specially bred and intensely trained mold dog is highly accurate in locating mold spores behind walls, under flooring, in furniture, and even in enclosed HVAC systems. After our canine and handler team has conducted their assessment, you will know where to focus remediation efforts. If you already suspect mold growth, our team can confirm the extent to which you are being exposed.
After our non-invasive inspection, we can collect swab and air samples for lab analysis to determine what type and concentration is present. With our 24 hour turnaround from the lab, you will have minimal time waiting for more detailed results that can help you decide what steps to take in your healing journey.
